Assembling the caseDigging speed when using equipment is significantly increased. It allows you to save power in the preparation of beds for the winter or spring. You can buy a factory cultivator, and you can make it yourself. To build a homemade assistant you will need: - drill with a powerful gear;
- gearbox from the grinder;
- gear;
- rear and front sprocket from the Karpaty motorcycle;
- chain from the motorcycle "Karpaty";
- bolts and nuts of different diameters;
- metal profiles for welding the body and guides for the chain;
- stud and bearings with a diameter of 16 mm.
Tools that are used in the assembly:
- Bulgarian;
- metal file;
- welding machine.
When assembling the hull, it is necessary to select the dimensions of the metal profiles to match the dimensions of the cultivator tool. They depend on the size of the drill and the external gear, so there are no clear instructions for cutting metal profiles, only approximate dimensions are indicated.

proteins Assembling the working body of the cultivator
The gearbox from the grinder needs to be fixed in the drill. Horizontally weld the metal plate between the drill and the gearbox. On top of it, install and weld the square shaped tube. It is necessary to make a bracket with a radius equal to the radius of the drill gearbox and weld it to the bottom of the plate. Weld the 8 mm bolts to the free edges of the bracket.
Next, make a clamping device.
The edges of the pressure plate must be bent in the opposite direction from the force applied so that the bolts do not unwind when working the cultivator.
Holes for bolts must be made with a grinding wheel, fixed in the grinder. Next, on top of the gearbox from the grinder welded beam, formed under the top cover of the gearbox. A hole is made on it and the reducer is fixed with a bolt. At the place for the disks of the grinder, twist the front asterisk from "Karpat".The working body of the cultivator is assembled.

Assembling the hull
The body is welded from metal profiles. Bearings are welded to the two beams, which are pre-fixed in improvised collars made from a water pipe with a diameter of 32 mm. Then a metal stud is inserted into the bearings. Next, two metal profiles are combined into one design, fastening them with a horizontal beam. Then wind a gear on the shaft. The second segment of the studs is also completed with a pair of bearings and gear. A horizontal profile is welded to the shaft fastening.
The second segment of the studs is aligned so that the height of the upper cage coincides with the height of the profile. The vertical profile is fastened to the stud with a triangle of beams. Then the rear end of the Karpat is put on the free end of the stud and the upper part of the cultivator is welded to the body using diagonal profile sections. Chains are put on the stars. Handles are welded to the upper part and additionally connected by a horizontal plate. Two blades of the “irregular cross” shape are formed from the profile sections and are wound on the shaft.
The cultivator must be equipped with a brake claw, which is welded to the rear of the hull.
