Our review is devoted to how to properly load dishes into the dishwasher.
The quality of the sink depends not only on the reliability of the technique, the cleverly chosen detergent and the time when salt is poured. How well dishes will be washed depends on its location in the bunker.
Fact! The first download takes users 20 minutes. When the bookmark becomes a habit, the procedure takes 2 times less time.

Preparing for download
Before you place the plates on the shelves and compartments of the PMM, clean them of food residues. The better you do it, the higher the probability of avoiding filter clogs and draining.
On a note! To brush off the leftover food from the plates, use paper towels or napkins, a wet sponge or a rubber spatula - as convenient. Take care that there are no eggshells left, fruit seeds, grains are enemies of the drainage system and provokers of blockages.
Do you know whether to rinse the plates before loading in PMM? After rinsing, the quality of the washing is improved. But the owners of the machinery justifiably ask themselves why they need a machine if they need to wash their hands. Therefore, there are models with the function of "soaking" or "preliminary washing". If there is no such option, you will have to dunk the plates.
How to place cups, glasses and glasses
Glasses, mugs, cups and glasses need to get rid of tea, coffee, wine and other plaque. For fragile containers, there is a separate tray located on top of the hopper. Put them ONLY upside down - so the water will get inside, and then drain down. Do not stack glasses or mugs (porcelain, crystal, glass) in a horizontal position, otherwise the effect of washing will be zero.
Is it possible to put glasses close to them? Definitely not: wine glasses and glasses need to be fixed with a special holder - the holder. Without it, fragile products can burst or break even in a delicate program. Glassware holders can also be used for small cups.
On a note! While sliding the tray, check how securely everything is fixed and positioned. If necessary, use mounts and other accessories.
How to pack dishes according to the rules
Depending on the size of the plates and their purpose, they can be located in one of the trays - from above or below. If the volumes of your dishwasher Bosch, Hansa, Electrolux allow, you can place everything: bowls, saucepans, salt shakers, etc.
Choosing a low-temperature mode, on the top shelf load plastic utensils - plates, trays, containers. So the "tender" utensils will be far away from the TEN, and the plastic will not melt.
The lower tray is used to load large and medium cymbals, including soup plates. Put the widest plates with the edge, with a smaller diameter - closer to the center. This will ensure 100% water access to the very top of the hopper.
Place the utensils in the center of the basket, making sure that the gaps remain. The greater the distance, the more effective the washing process.
Important! Do not load a compact machine "under the string"! If you manage to "shove" more than 5-6 declared sets, all this will simply not be washed away.
Cutlery: fold correctly
To load cutlery into the machine, find a small tray or basket inside the hopper. When spreading spoons and forks, alternate them so that they do not unite into a single whole. Blade blades should be directed strictly down.
In the latest PMM models, such as Bosch or Siemens, the top tray is selected for cutlery. In this compartment the spoons must be laid horizontally: the instruments are cleaned qualitatively, and the space in the bunker is saved. In addition, the location of sharp instruments - knives and forks - in the horizontal position is most successful in terms of safety.
Important! Do not load sharp and ceramic knives into the PMM. So you risk blunting the blades. Also this applies to knives and appliances with a wooden handle (any wooden utensils can not be washed in a typewriter).
Layout of large tableware
Large-sized kitchen accessories in which food is cooked (pans, pans, saucepans, baking sheets, etc.) should be placed in the lowest basket. Wash them separately from glass, porcelain and crystal products: pans and trays require intensive washing, which fragile devices will not carry.
Frying pans and baking sheets
Put them sideways. Pots should be placed upside down or at a slight angle to ensure access to water throughout the bunker. If the pans turn upside down, the water does not fall into the upper tray, so observe the rules.
On a note! Whether it is possible to wash a frying pan in PMM (with teflon or other coating), the manufacturer indicates. If no resolver is found, do not take risks. Read about what can not be washed in a dishwasher, in a separate publication.
If there is a removable handle, disconnect it immediately. Place frypans, scoops and stewpots with a handle especially neatly, without touching the tank walls or adjacent plates. If you see that the dishes are clearly not part of the bunker, wash it in parts. Use the half load mode, if it is provided in the functionality of your MMP.
When placing trays, try to place them side by side on the edges of the tray. If there is no special attachment-holder, observe the general rules of location, so that the sprinkler does not interfere with the water supply.
Small utensils: can I wash and how?
If you really want to wash in the typewriter a chopping board, a biscuit, a skimmer or a shovel, this can be done - provided there are no wooden parts. Plastic spatulas, spoons for salads, tongs, spoons for ice cream and the like are not recommended to be sent to the typewriter (or put only to the very top, as we wrote above). Place all this together with forks and spoons in a basket or tray.
Important! Place the instruments only in a horizontal plane, even if they are not provided with special boxes or they do not fit into them.
Useful tips for correct loading
The capacity of the machine is indicated by the concept "set of dishes". It usually includes a kit that is necessary for one person to take one meal. At first glance, everything is simple. But the manufacturers of machines have standardized concepts of plates, cups, cutlery. In our kitchens there is a variety - and often plates, cups and even spoons and forks are far from European standards.
The real capacity of PMM for 17 sets - 13-14. And given the need to wash pots and pans - even less.
To the hopper included the optimum number of dishes and it was washed well, follow the recommendations:
- Do not attempt to fill the dishwasher under the strings, leave gaps;
- Look for icons that allow the product to be sent to PMM;
- put large items away from fragile (pots away from glasses, etc.);
- do not wash wood;
- Put the dirty plates directly into the bunker - there they will not wither and wash easier.
As you can see, the rules and recommendations for the arrangement of dishes are not so complicated. A couple of workouts - and you will learn how to quickly and correctly arrange everything: - from glasses and saucers to baking trays and pans.
